1. About EVOKE Reminders

Evoke Reminders (“EVOKE”) is an automated reminder platform that enables users to schedule WhatsApp reminder messages for personal or customer use. EVOKE is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, telecom networks, or any messaging carrier. We use authorised third-party messaging partners/APIs to deliver messages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EVOKE.
You must provide accurate, truthful account information.
You are responsible for securing your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will NOT use EVOKE to:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Send fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
Send abusive, harassing, or obscene content
Contact users without their consent

If you violate these rules, EVOKE may suspend or delete your account without refund.

4. Messaging & Delivery

Message delivery depends on multiple factors, including:

Third-party messaging providers (Meta Cloud API, AiSensy, Twilio, etc.)
WhatsApp platform availability
User phone connectivity and Do-Not-Disturb settings
Internet/service outages

EVOKE does not guarantee 100% delivery. Delays or failures may occur due to factors beyond our control.

5. Payments & Pricing

If you purchase a plan, payments are processed via secure gateways.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Plans may change with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

EVOKE is not responsible for business losses, missed reminders, or messaging failures caused by:

Incorrect user input
User device issues
Phone network outages
Third-party API disruptions

Your total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our policies or misuse the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All EVOKE logos, UI designs, website content, text, features, and branding are owned by EVOKE. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policies.
